Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the GiraStyle AI Conversational Style Agent (the "Service"), owned and operated by Lisa Ma (the "Owner").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Service Provision

GiraStyle AI provides conversational style and fit advice powered by advanced AI and large language models. The Service is offered "as is" and "as available." While we strive for accuracy, the advice provided is non-binding and intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not responsible for any purchasing or style decisions made by the user.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality (including the underlying AI models and proprietary style logic) are and will remain the exclusive property of Lisa Ma (Owner). The GiraStyle AI name and logo are trademarks of the Owner.

4. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or unlawful. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Transmit any content that is libelous, defamatory, offensive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the Service's underlying technology.
  • Use the Service to generate malicious, illegal, or harmful content.
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of the Owner.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

In no event shall the Owner, nor their agents or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
